have you noticed the military?

well now its becoming a real issue, the military are on our streets!
that ok you might say BUT ask why?
they are introducing the military into public events and into public places to get us used to seeing them there. where will it stop? military personnel, with their weapons at airports, train stations, large public events (the Olympics) and on the streets!!
this gradual drip feed is relentless to get YOU to accept armed military soldiers policing the streets and ENFORCING the POLICY by military force.
Dont forget they are artificially hyping the respect YOU MUST show to the soldiers, dont think i am anti military, i respect the sacrifice they make to defend the sovereignty of this nation and i have many family members that have servers and are currently serving in the military, they are just as much a victim of this deception as we are.
We are being manipulated to conform to the rules of a society that we did not ask nor want to join. The military personnel are so manipulated to follow the orders of their commanders, however, what is not reported is the many episodes of soldiers questioning the orders and questioning the militarisation of the streets.
when will their concerns and ours be answered or will the continued militarisation of the policing of the streets become a reality in the not to distant future. The public are against the arming of the policemen and police women on the streets but will, after much drip drip drip addition of soldiers into everyday life and on the streets, we will have armed personnel policing the streets. when will this all end?
only YoU can do something! will you sit back and allow this gradual militarisation of the policing of our peaceful and free streets or will YoU let them create a military backed dictatorship with all YOUR freedoms removed, the arrest and detention without reason of your friends and family. when will it affect you? when will you do something? i'll bet only when it affects YOU, untill that time you will be apathetic and let them do what they want!!
if you want a better world YOU must do something about it and NOW is the time.

Why?

I have had all summer to consider the thousands of acts of parliament that are in FORCE as of now, with the sure fact that more will undoubtably follow!! and I have come to a realisation, well just confirmed in my own mind, what they are for.......
All statutes apply to the LEGAL FICTION created in your name and all LEGAL FICTIONS are employees of UK plc. So....... if UK plc wants more money it takes it from its employees, just like any other company. When a company is deep in debt, it either reduces its workforce or reduces the wages of its workforce. Well UK plc does the same just in a covert manner. We the people work and are duped into paying taxes because we think we are the LEGAL FICTION, this much we already know, so how does UK c get more money, it puts monetary penalties on its rules and regulations, the statutes. So if you break a statute there is a fine to pay. Ever noticed how many NEW rules there are these days!!!!! Put your bin out on the wrong day THEY fine you. Drink alcohol in a PUBLIC place and they fine you.............
You get the idea, if no one is being hurt what is the issue? And don't forget all the fines issued from CCTV evidence!!!!  All you Can be certain of is the list of rules and regulations is ever increasing so that they can keep the money flowing into paying the corrupt loans and currency buying that the government have made to the bank of England, the IMF, the world bank and the international bank of settlements. Some of these you have probably heard of but the BIS is a one room operation in Switzerland (check it out).
All of these loans are at interest because UK plc is a company. If the UK took back its sovereignty and it's right to produce its own currency we would have no national debt, there would be no unemployment the would be no poverty. To good to be true? Well think about it. Why are there people out of work, companies are not producing ..... However roads need repair,hospitals need equipment etc...etc.....
If the government used the treasury to print its own currency, the they could commission the road repairs, the equipment to be made and pay for it with treasury notes. The wages would be paid, the work done, employment for all and the taxes would return the money to the treasury..... Simple
They why are they not doing it?
Again simple, the government do not run the country!! It Is and has been run by the large multi national banks for hundreds of years. The government is not even the government of the country, they are just a board of directors for UK plc. They are reducing the money paid to the workforce, increased taxes (both obvious and hidden) they are increasing the fines and penalties to remove your money from you and they are reducing the benefits paid their employees!!! Remember child tax benefit? Well that has been whittled away to nothing, now they are engaged in targeting the sick and disabled and yes there will be those who swindle the system but be honest that are a very small percentage, calculated as less than 0.001 percent of all claims.
So when that say it is in the national interest what they mean it is their interest!!
Look closer and try not to be fooled
Remember to find out for yourself and not be TOLD what to believe. The TV very often lies!!
Remember history is written by the winners..... What will you let them write?? Cos they are winning..
We are supposed to be the most intelligent species on the planet, well now is the time to start acting like it. Take nobodies word for it,not even mine......... Check this all out for yourself!!!

Debt free money is available

Here is a little known fact, the UK treasury can issue its own currency debt free!
YES, that's right the UK treasury can issue its own  currency and it would be created with no debt to anyone.
It has done it before and recently, just after WW2. The treasury openly acknowledge this but seem to prefer using Bank of England currency, which they have to borrow at interest!
Somehow this does not make sense. Why have a national debt is the treasury can it chooses not to, print its own money and payout in full
 Corrupt you might think?

What is marriage?

The best definition of a marriage in the bible, the old testament Malachi 2:14, marriage is a covenant before god. The old testament is the common religious text of Judaism, Islam and Christianity. The marriage ceremony is a declaration before the public that the couple are entering into a covenant between the two of them and god, the public are the witnesses to the covenant. Marriage is not a partnership or a contract, as the are agreements where considerations are given for consideration, then accepted or rejected. Partnerships and contracts can be ended by mutual consent of all parties concerned. A covenant is of undetermined length, until death us do part. The marriage ceremony is a lawful Union of a man and a woman. A verbal declaration before the people and god is binding. If this is so why do all marriages in a religious setting have to complete a register? This is a legal wedding. What's the difference, a lawful marriage is a covenant, a legal wedding is a contract. This is why the legal system must be involved in a divorce as the parties have to dissolve a contract. A registry office or non religious wedding is just a contract and more importantly it is not a marriage!

PCSO'S

The wonderful people that are now employed as PCSO'S are the ultimate corporation private security force. Oh yes they are. Unlike the policeman or policewoman that is bound to the common law by swearing an oath of allegiance to the queen and the law of the land, the PCSO'S do nothing of the same. They are employed by UK PLC to uphold their rules and regulation, the statues. A policeman or policewoman can act upon you the human if you are committing a crime, that is causing harm or loss, a PCSO can not, they have to refer any crime to a lawfully deputised constable. PCSO's can only enforce the rules of UK PLC on your legal fiction, as the legal fiction is ALWAYS guilty!! A PCSO only has authority over you if you agree to represent your legal fiction and accept all rights and responsibility of said legal fiction. Itis easy to spot a rule or regulation of UK PLC as they ALL have monetary penalties if your legal fiction contravenes them. Simply put neve admit to be your legal fiction, when they ask for your name,don't be belligerent and ignore them, they are people and as such must be treat with respect. Remember that underneath the uniform is a real human being,they may be misguided and have been lied to by their employers and that it is not their fault. Be polite, give your name, the name you use in everyday life, if they ask for a surname tell them you don't have one but you do have a family name. This will confuse them but persist to tell them it is a family name and that they should record it as such. If the then refer to you as Mr. Mrs or Miss (depending on too many variables!!!) politely inform the that you are not that person and you want to be referred to as the name you gave them earlier. If possible record the interaction for posterity and training purposes. Now to be honest most of them will look at you as if you are mental and they may be right but a few are clued in. Reguardless of how they speak to you YOU MUST ALWAYS be polite to them. Keep calm and have some fun. You may need to repeat that you are not the person MR. MRS. MISS. several times but persist, one more soul will be freed when you are finished. If you have done your lawful and legal research you can try to educate the PCSO, direct them to all the sources you have researched or if like some you have copies on you give them some, all in the spirit of educating one more man soul and freeing them from slavery. NEVER tell them you UNDERSTAND, remember this is legally synonymous with stand under and gives them authority, although the PCSO won't know this, the court does!!!!! If you have done your research you will be aware that you are not required to take any paperwork given to you the PCSO and you are also entitled to read it and reject it by giving it back to them after consideration. (a contractual term, research the legal world of contact, there are many good books in the market place) If they have made the paperwork out to your legal fiction you can return it, the PCSO has not followed your request, the paperwork can only be accepted by your legal fiction, so you the human can take it read it and reject it on the grounds it is not addressed to, nor does it person to YOU. If actual fact if you do accept it you could be committing fraud!!!! Oh yes, you are taking the paperwork of another entity, by deceit, by claiming to be what you are not!!!!! So do your homework, research is your key to freedom. In short PCSO's are a private security force for UK PLC and only have jurisdiction over UK PLC employees, ie your legal fiction. They are the ultimate Polic E officer, all they can do is enforce policy. You arre not a legal fiction, remember the legal fiction is always guilty, in matters of policy. You are a human being and subject to the laws of harm or loss. Your legal fiction is subject to all acts of parliament and the statutory instruments that are created by them. Remember who YOU are and behave accordingly. Do not commit fraud, it is a crime and the police can get involved.

What are words worth?

This may seem pretty irrelevant as words have meanings and we use them everyday. I use a word and you know the meaning of it and when you reply you use words and i know the intended meaning. The meaning of words is a cultural issue. We all grow up with friends and family and learn certain meanings and definitions to the words we use in everyday language. Then we learn the meanings of new words and we have a universal reference to these meanings, we call them dictionaries. Most references to words in modern usage are taken from the Oxford english dictionary, chambers English dictionary and alike. Every language has its own dictionary to define and reference it's words in general usage. Even in English and other languages there a words that have multiple meanings, for example spelt, a method of arranging letters to make a word, or a variety of the grass family whose seeds are ground to make flour. Now then here is a question, what if a language existed that sounded like English, was using words that sound like English, are even spelt the same as English but this language is not English, how would you know the diffence? This can not be, can it? How can this be? If it sounds, is spelt like, it must be, right? Wrong!! At this point I refer you to some great English writing produced by a visionary and enlightened author, Lewis Carroll. In his epic work Alice through the looking glass, Alice has an encounter with humpty dumpty, alice questions humpty's use of the word glory, as he uses it in an unfamiliar way. Humpty then defines glory with a meaning contrary to Alice's comprehension of the word and makes the retort that humpty's definition is wrong, to which he replies that a word has the meaning that I give it, nothing more and nothing less. So if Lewis Carroll was aware of this subdue fugue then why are we not, easy they don't tell you............ (I do recommend the reading of Alice through the looking glass) OK where is this going, simple there are two languages in operation in most countries. The vernacular language and the legal language. Both sound and look the same but have different meanings ascribed to the words that are in use. We can all agreed that our language is defined by its dictionaries and that English has many to choose from, however these dictionaries do agree on the meanings of the words they contain, allowing for changes in usage as language evolves. So ask yourself this, why does the legal world have its own dictionary? Blacks Law Dictionary. Simple it defines the words in use in the legal world. In places where English jurisdiction is used the legal words look and a spelt like English, only they have different meanings....... Oh the sheer cheek. In fact there is a good reason for this and it this, they are spelt and sound the same to trick you. You believe the words being used in legal land are English and respond to their English meaning, when in fact in legal land they are speaking legalese, as defined by Blacks Law Dictionary. Some examples...... The word understand, in English it is taken to mean that you comprehend BUT in legalese it means to stand under, to give away your rights, to surrender your authority to another. So when the policeman, or any other legal official ask you if you understand,they are not asking if you comprehend they are asking you to surrender your authority to them. Another good example is person,in English we take this to mean another human being but in legalese it refers to your legal fiction, the dead entity that is always guilty and answerable to all statutes (more on this is given at length in other posts, for more details refer to them) To be sure you comprehend all legal documents why not ask them to define the words that are used, you could ask them to define ALL the words as even is, as and am, has different meanings in legalese. Don't forget to check this for yourself and don't take my word for it. After all all words contained herein are as defined by the author, failure to ask for clarification is dereliction by the reader, the meanings of any or all words used can be alterd by the author at anytime and without notice. Policeman and police officers

Now the first thing you will say they are both the same.... And you would be wrong! Got your attention? Keep reading and follow my reasoning and cogitate for yourself. A policeman or policewoman is a sworn upholder of the peace. They swear an oath to uphold the laws of the land and keep the peace. You can search for their oath wording and check this for yourself. So if they can only uphold the law of the land,which is common law, as enshrined in thousands of years of judicial practice, all based upon the notion of harm to another human being or their property, any breach being a crime, why are they trying to enforce statutes on us, which are NOT the LAW of The LAND??? A police officer can enforce statutes, as mentioned before statutes are contracts, so if you agree to be bound by them and default on your obligations you must be brought to account. This is where a policE officer comes into play. The general police constable is duped into believing that they are a policE officer ,when they are obviusly not as they swear their oath to uphold the LAW of The LAND and keep the peace. A police man or police woman can and must exercise their powers of discretion, when dealing with a human being, HOWEVER a policE officer has no discretion, they are only there to serve penalty notices on those PERSONS who are breaking their contracts. Just as a side note the ultimate policE officers are the PCSO's,they have sworn no oath, they are purely government employees with the explicit task of punishing those who PERSONS who break their contracts. My thoughts, a PolicE officer has NO jurisdiction over ME the HUMAN,unless I agree to be the PERSON, remembers person is an artificial entity,a LEGAL FICTION. Only if I allow them to call me Mr ............ and I answer I the affirmative do I agree to be the PERSON with my name, then I become liable for all statutory offences by default as the PERSON is always guilty. However if I refuse to be addressed as Mr.......... and insist on them calling me by my common name, the one you use in everyday life (NO SURNAME only companies have an OVER NAME) if they insist you can say you have no surname but you have a family name, if they are making notes make sure they write it down as you have said it. Remember we are all HUMAN beings, all equal under the LAW,titles are irrelevant and unnecessary to the LAW. If I live my life without causing harm or loss to another human being, the police have no jurisdiction,as I have not committed any crime. If they want to enforce statutes on me,they have to prove I, the human, consented. I am never the LEGAL FICTION, except when it suits me!!!!!! Ok this sound a bit weird but as a human I can contract with whom I like when I like.icanchoose to accept contracts that are in my favour and decline those which are not. Policemen and policewomen do a fantastic job of keeping the peace for all those who reside in this country and for that they should be applauded and thanked. They just need to be gently reminded of their sworn duty and politely educated to help them educate others as to the difference between them and policE officers, the job of which they can do without.

The colour of money

What is the colour of your money? Do you really care? Well I suppose not. Money was created to make trade easier and it worked. Each coin had a value, backed by the precious metals it was made from. Then paper money was introduced to avoid carrying vast quantities of metal around with you. In actual fat paper money is an IOU. If you read the wording on band of England notes they say I promise to pay the bearer on demand the sum of............. So it is a promise to pay, an IOU. The paper money has no intrinsic value. Infact monopoly money and the plastic money in a childs shop have the same value as bank of England money, or any paper money where ever it is issued. We a led to believe it has value when it is just a piece of paper. It is possible to trade without it only it becomes a little difficult. Modern money is not what it once was, I looses perceived value every year, the bank call it inflation. When in reality it is not that something is going up it is the value of the money going down. £1 in your pocket at inflation of 2% means that after 1 year it is only worth 98p. So every year it buys less and less. So as a result we all want more..... The producer, the retailer and the customer all want more money each to pay for goods and services that have not actually changed. The exapmple I often cite is this....... A pair of twins mow my lawns, one to the front and one to the rear. Both lawns are the same size and require the same effort to complete the work. I pay one who mows the front with a dozen eggs and the other who mows the back,in cash. After 5 years do I still pay them the same? Let's look at the situation. Are they doing any more work, No, so should the value of the labour be the same as it was five years ago, YES. Therefore I should pay them the same, a box of 12 eggs to the twin who mows the front but if I offer the same cash to the twin who mows the back he will not be happy. Why? Well the cash I give him will not buy the same as it did five years ago. In reality the value of his labour has not changed, he still mows the same area of land it is just that the commodity I pay him with has reduced in value,in his case the Cash, money. The bank ofenglaand actually boast that the currency is what they say it is...... Just visit the BOE museum and find out for your self. They even explain what inflation is...... Why is no one listening??????? What is the colour of your money? Well it's any colour they want it to be, it's a worthless piece of paper, what gives it value is us and what we value it as. I work for UK plc!!!!!!

When all this sinks in it is easy to think that someone or some thing is trying to make life more difficult than it needs to be. Whether I wanted it ir not, actually no one asked, I am an employee of UK plc. I have a works number (it's your NI number), they provide benefits of employment, health care, pension. An employee I am bound by the company rules and regulations, statutes. Only thing is I never signed a contract with them!!!! It is just assumed that I, the human, will agree to represent the entity who does have the contract with them, the legal fiction that has a name similar to me. They don't care if you are "the person" or not they just want to exercise the company rules. Ever had a demand for money for someone with a similar name? Ever rang the department responsible for sending the demand? I received a demand for council tax addressed to someone with same initials and family name as mine, once opened I realised that it was intended for someone else. I rang the council concerned and explained the situation and they said it must be me they sent it to and that I must pay. In laity I nhad never lived in this councils area, ever!!!!! I was made to feel as I was in the wrong and I was asked to prove that the demand was not for a debt I owed!! I would of thought that the onus of proof was theirs. After two half hour phone calls, which I paid for and three letters more from them I got sick and just said to the minion on the receiving end of the third call, that I was not going to pay this demand that it was not my responsibility and anymore correspondence from them would be deemed harassment. No more letters and no more demands. Who do they think they are????? Do I want to live by their rules? NO Cn I terminate my employment with the UK plc? YES. The UK being a company Is subject to company law as set out in their rules and regulations. They must abide by their own rules, so they are bound by statutes. I am currently studying employment law and contract law and statutes concerned with both. I want out. I want to live by my rules and regulations and to live my life by the LAW of GOD not by the rules of men. The truth shall set you free, Lawful rebellion

What does this all mean?

In Essennce we are all being duped into believing we are a person, when infact we are nothing of the sort. Everyone is born a free. The system then fools us into thinking they have all the power and they have been doing it for hundreds of years and we just accept it!! More the fools us. The real power lies with the people and it always has. Long before the establishment of parliament we in this country had LAWS. Those same LAWS are in operation today and cover every CRIME that is every committed and set out the rules for recompense. These have been called Alfred's LAWS, after Alfred king of Wessex in the 10th century. The main thrust of these LAWS have become the central tenets of whAt is known as Common Law, which is steadily being errroded by the parliament of today, it's predecessors and most likely intensified by it's antecedents. The essence of COMMON LAW is simple, human beings are committing a crime if they cause harm or loss to another human being. These ideas were the central premis of John Stuart Mill's "Harm Principle" a simple idea that the governament seem to want to ignore. They have created many statutes that deal with assault, burglary etc.. When the LAW is already in place to cover these and most other crimes against another human being. In contrast statutes are in place to protect the person (see other posts for description of person, legally speaking) suffice to say the person is not real, it is often called the legal fiction. It is this that ALL statutes apply to, a fictitious entity. It is a fact that all of us are kept in the dark regarding the person, we are often asked to identify ourselves with this entity,for legal purposes. The truth is simple we are not persons, we are human beings, subject to the laws of GOD, not the laws of man. What this means when simply put is human beings can do anything they want, as long as no other human is caused harm or loss! The statutes do NOT apply to a human being,only to a person. So if you are asked for your name, give it burin this manner I am, XXXXXXXXX: of the family XXXXXXXXX, as commonly called Human beings have NO title,do not respond to Mr. Mrs Miss etc...... Neither do we have surnames, we have family names. Above all research this yourself, remember you are human and not a fictitious person. Live free Lawfull rebellion

Registration

Just a few more thoughts about registration.
I have just been thinking about all the things I have been asked, actually duped into registering. I am sure if I was thinking straight at the time I would have asked if I have to register anything.
As previously stated registration is actuall handing over ownership to another party, in most cases to a government department, QUANGO or private company. Then I stated to consider why would anyone want to give ownership of their propery to someone else????? The only answer I could come up with is that they would not. So why do we do it?
The main reason we register anything is we believe we have to, however we do have a choice, that's right we have a choice. You are just not informed that you have a choice, that's right you are not given the option to refuse, crafty huh!!!
Be honest if I offered you the chance to sign over ownership of your car to me, then I would charge you a yearly fee (car tax and MOT charges) then ask you to insure it and if you fail to do this I take away the car, because you have been naughty and must be punished. I am sure you would not take up the opportunity. So why do we do it when we buy a car? The plain truth is we are not give any choice and therefore no chance to refuse. We have the choice and we have never been told we have a choice.
Have you ever read the road traffic act? No!! Why not? I fully understand why, it isn't riveting reading, I've read it. Great for insomiacs. In all its many pages and revisions I can find no reference to it being written anywhere that a car must be registered. However it does have many pages that contain all the penalties for those who fail to comply with the registration conditions.
Next time you buy a car try to refuse to register it........ It's fun!!!!! The car salesman will spout all kinds of stuff about the law, but can not ever cite them or indicate where they are written!!!
Registration is a con to take away your stuff and lease it back to you. So you buy it, give it away and pay them for the privilege, cool huh!! Wish I'd thought of it!!!!
This is true for anything you have bought and then registered, even your land!!! Yep you bought a house on some land and then registered it to HM land registry, so you own the house but the queen owns the land. Why do you think compulsory purchase is legal, it's actuall just compensation for the house as they evict you from their land!! GO FIGURE!!



We are living an illusion. It's time to turn on the lights and see the web of decite that enshrouds us. Before signing read the small print. Ask questions do I have to do this, do I have a choice?

Why a driving licence?

Well first a licence is synonymous with a permit. So a licence is just a permission slip! Why do I need permission to use my own car?

In short I don not need permission to use my own car so therefore I do not need a driving licence.

The next issue is most if not nearly all cars in this country are registered and thosea that use them are resisted keepers and not owners.

By registering anything you give up ownership and transfer it to whom ever you register it with. So if you have registered your car it is now not your car, you are just it's keeper. Ask yourself this, if you owned the car could they TAKE it from you without your permission?

In reality it is their car and they can do anything they like with it. If you fail to keep it in a manner that they dictate they can take it from you. By registering your car it has become no more than a company car, with you responsible for all maintenance and to pay all charges set by them, if not you loose the car.

By using their car I am told I need a driving licence but I am not a driver! A driver opperates on the roads for commercial gain, a taxi driver, a bus driver, a lorry driver. I only use my car to travel, that's right TRAVEL and as such do not need a driving licence.

When did I contract with the government?

Considering I am a human being and can contract with whom I choose and when I choose, I was moved to ask myself when did I contract with the government? Well that one is easy..... Everytime I voted (I say voted because after discovering what we are voting for I do not vote anymore) I was acting as an employee of the UK plc and thereby was bound by its rules and regulation, the statutes and by such action I acquiesced to all contracts by default, thats right by not saying that I do not want to be bound I am bound. So what to do? Declare yourself a freeman and inform the government that you do not want to be an employee and as such are not bound by their rules and regulation but bound by the LAW and as such can not cause harm or loss. It really is that easy. A good source of info on this subject is in a book called "freedom is more thank seven letter word" by veronica: of the family chapman. Read it and then act on it. Join the growing movement of freemen and freewomen. Distance yourdself from tyranny and enslavement.

What's the value of money?

There a few people who control the value of the money in your pocket. They are the OWNERS of a private organisation called the BANK of ENGLAND. Yes private, the actual owners are a bit of a mystery as the company is private it does not have to produce a list of its directors or publish its accounts. So it is doing its business without anyone keeping it in check. The force it is free to change the value of the money it issues and free to choose what it calls money. A short visit to the Bank of England museum will confirm this, as all this information is freely displayed for anyone to see. The best place to hide anything is in plain sight. That way no one looks or if they do no one questions. The two processes that are openly discussed as ways of devaluing the money the Bank of England issues is by inflation at 2% as part of the finacial policy and by quantative easing. In short quantitative easing is the process of adding more money into circulation. Sounds a good thing, more money in circulation and therefore more money being spent. It's not that simple, consider the commercial world of supply and demand. If there is more of the product in circulation then the price goes down. Limited edition goods cost more than others right? So let's apply this to money and yes money is just a commercial product. Adding more money into circulation will only serve to devalue the money already in circulation by the pcentage amount of increased product. That is the amount of devaluation varies depending on the total amount of product (money) in circulation after quantative easing has taken place. Consider this, does your money buy what it used to? Ever wondered why? £5 twenty years ago bought more goods and services than £5 does today, you should ask why this is............ Ask the bank of England.... See if you get a better response than I did. In reality it is two commercial processes that a private banking corporation called the Bank of England call monetary deflation and quantative easing. How do these change the value of the currency? Well that answer is easy. Who owns the currency incirculation in the UK to day? The BANK of ENGLAND. They own the copyright to all the notes and coins in circulation today and can at any time change the value and design of this so called currency. They make it and lend it at interest to the UK government, they inturn buy goods and services for the UK population and pay back the sum borrowed using taxes and other revenue generating schemes to obtain money from you to pay the BANK of ENGLAND! The bank has a policy of devaluing the pound by 2% every year, so the £1 coin is in reality only worth 98p after 1 fiscal year. This is seen not by a reduction in visual value of the coinage but as a in increase in the price of goods and services, by approximately 2% every year. Add to this the devaluing nature of quantitative easing and you get an ever decreasing value in the money in your pocket! So asking the question "what is money worth?" the answer is simple less than it was last year and more than it will be next year. Don't believe any of this, that's fine, all I ask is that you check it out for yourself, go visit the BANK of ENGLAND ask them what the money is worth, ask them for the value of the promise...... For that is all the money is, a promise to pay. You can easily check this one,read what it says on a Bank of England banknote........ .......I promise to pay the bearer on demand the sum of .......... Money and therefore it's value is just an illusion that we have all been duped into. Ask yourself are illusions real? Well they are for those living in them!!!!!!!

Paying tax?

A few musings about tax that have occupied my thinking. Tax is collected by statutory instuments which are created by Acts of parliament. Acts of parliament create contracts - statutory instruments, Then can only be enforced by consent. That's right by consent. I then asked myself when did I consent to any statutory instruments, That's. On tracts with the government? Them I figured it out. I contracted by default. The tax is demanded from Mr, Mrs etc.. I agreed to be the person by not informing them that I was not. I am a human. It a person!

why the two?
well one keps you safe and one enslaves you.
you are kept free under the LAW and you are enslaved under legal rules and regulations.
if i cause harm or loss then i have broken the LAW and recompense must be made.
if i travel on my bike what harm or loss have i caused............................. none

so i have not broken the LAW.   thats right i have not broken the LAW.
however i have contaviened a statute a legal contract and it has a monetary penalty..... you will probably find that all statutes have a monetary penalty. (money is a separate enslavement)
To make one thing clear a contract is a mutual agreement between two or more parties. Ask your self this ... when did you contract with anyone to allow you to travel on the roads and when did you agree to keep to certain speeds..................................................

are lawful and legal the same thing?
well my first thoughts would be yes BUT i was wrong so therfore are yours!!
Lawful and legal are two very different things


Lawful is whin the bounds of the LAW and legal is a paper based contractual, fictional and optional world.

thats right legal is optional and fictional!!
